Mogadishu, Somalia, is one of the world’s most dangerous cities.

Against all the odds, Midnight Runner, Jody,  managed to establish a marathon in Mogadishu while stationed in the city during his time in the armed forces.

In 2019, the event took place for the third time, on International Women's Day. This short film captures the event and is an inspirational reminder of the power of running, no matter where you are.
