The Bootcamp Run is the best example of embodying the Midnight Runners ethos. This is the original event format that founded this community.
We cover 5-10km (3-6 miles) total but never run more than 2km in one go. We break up each section with a body weight exercise stop, to regroup and meet new people. Did we mention that we play loud music from the front to the back of our moving flash mob?
Whether you're first or last, we don't care - we want to bring people together and that's all that matters. Fitness is only the first half, we strongly encourage everyone to come back to the bar afterwards to share in a drink and a conversation with the people who've just worked out with.
We believe Midnight Runners is as much about meeting people as it is about fitness so come join us!

We usually cover a shorter distance so we have plenty of time for the "second half" of our special events: the party! Think DJ, drinks, and dancing till the venue closes.
